MTG Puts Her Party on Blast: “Voters are Sick and Tired of Republicans!”

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene continues to put her own party on blast, telling CNN that even conservative voters are “sick and tired of Republicans!”

Greene’s belligerence towards members of her own party is nothing new and seems to be ever-escalating, particularly regarding the topic of censuring Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.

When Greene’s first proposed censure was met with private pushback from her fellow Republicans, she excoriated them in an interview with right wing propagandist Charlie Kirk.

After the censure was formally defeated by House Democrats and a handful of Republicans last week, Greene took to social media in a series of deranged posts calling the defectors out by name and sparring with the likes of Chip Roy and Thomas Massie.

Her frustration did not abate over the weekend.

Today, Greene told CNN that “Republican voters across the country are sick and tired of Republicans because they never do anything to hold this government accountable.”

She added, “I feel like many of the American people think that Republicans in Congress completely fail them—I feel the same way and I am a Republican member of Congress.”

If nothing else, it’ll be a great soundbyte for Democrats as we get closer to the 2024 election.
