Right-wing commentator and conspiracy theorist Tim Pool said that the recent story of a Pennsylvania far right radical who decapitated his father and called for a violent uprising against the federal government “reeks of a false flag.”
On his Timcast show, Pool referred to a high profile and gruesome recent news story: a 32-year-old Pennsylvanian allegedly murdered and decapitated his own father, recorded a 15-minute video, and uploaded it to YouTube.
In the video, the perpetrator, Justin Mohn, explained his father had been a federal employee for 20 years before calling on Americans to “hunt” and “kill” all other federal employees in retaliation for perceived attacks on citizens’ rights.
Mohn referred to President Biden and his administration as terrorists and appealed to the racist far-right Great Replacement theory.
Mohn was arrested by Pennsylvanian authorities and the YouTube video was taken down.
“Police have arrested a man in connection with the video, which remained online for several hours,” Pool said. “Why? Why did YouTube keep it up?”
Pool expressed his skepticism that such a snuff video would have slipped YouTube’s notice without a sinister motive. “There’s no way!”
He then directed his audience’s attention to recent reports that a Democratic Senator and Congressman are proposing a bill which would prohibit many public activities of private militias.
“So you mean to tell me,” Pool began, “at a time when Democrats are trying to ban private militias, some guy goes online and calls for militia activity and attacks on the federal government and other psychotic nonsense? It reeks of a false flag, doesn’t it?”
